Easter Events Egg-stravaganza!

Well, this Easter is shaping up to be rather an exciting one!
Yes of course we are looking forward to lots of chocolate and hopefully some Spring-like weather, BUT we have a whole host of exciting events to look forward to and we would love you to join us!

On Saturday 23rd March Tracey Corderoy is with us from 11am to 3pm
We'll be doing Easter crafts and generally having lots of fun! Read our interview with Tracey to find out more about this lovely author and her wonderful books. Just click on the picture of Dylan to find out more...

On Wednesday 27th March we are hosting an evening with
The Fabulous Baker Brothers!
Tom and Henry Herbert are currently appearing on our tv screens in their second series and they have a new book to go with it: Glorious British Grub. Famous locally for their fantastic breadmaking and butchery skills, we are guaranteed a fun evening with lots of top foodie tips!
Tickets are on sale for £2 (includes a glass of wine), so book now - our last event with them was a sell out! Starts at 7pm.

On Thursday 28th March join us for Tiddlers' Tales 11.00-11.45am
We will be reading Keith the Cat with the Magic Hat by Sue Hendra.
Come and listen to the story at 11am, followed by magic hat making!

On Saturday 30th March, it's Easter Fun Time!
10.00am-3.00pm
Older children - Can you solve the clues in our Easter Egg Hunt and win a prize?!
Younger children - We have a rabbit problem! Can you catch the bunnies and win a prize?

On Thursday 4th April, join us for Tiddlers' Tales 11.00-11.45am
We will be reading The Story of Peppa Pig.
Come and listen to the story at 11am and then stay and do some Peppa Pig colouring, or make your very own piggy snout!

On Saturday 6th April, meet author Colin Parsons
11.00am-3.00pm
Colin joins us to sign copies of his sci fi and fantasy books. Aimed at 9-12 year olds who love adventure, why not come and chat to the author himself!

On Sunday 7th April, join us for Sunday Storytime!
11.00-11.45am
We will be reading Monstersaurus by Clare Freedman and Ben Cort.
Come and listen to the story at 11am and then stay to make a monster mask, or draw your own monster!

On Saturday 13th April, meet Jo Empson
We're excited to welcome Waterstones Children's Prize shortlisted author Jo Empson to the store. Her picturebook Rabbityness is one of the most delightful books we've read so far this year.
Storytime is at 10.30am and then we'll be making magical musical instruments until 12pm.
Join us for lots of rabbity fun!

We look forward to seeing you at the store!
You'll find us on Cricklade Street in Cirencester.
